KF type chimney insert

Chimney liners are an extremely important element, as well as the main part of the chimney. Due to the continuous and direct contact with the exhaust gases, it is important both to make them properly and to use appropriate materials. Due to their complete tightness, they ensure safe use of the flue gas system. The assembly consists in proper placement of the chimney insert inside the existing chimney as a protective insert. This is one of many solutions that allows you to modernize the old chimney – not only will it additionally secure the flue gas discharge, but also significantly reduce heating costs and ensure the functionality of the entire heating system, including the boiler.

Chimney liners are manufactured using acid-resistant steel, which, thanks to its properties, protects the insert and the entire chimney against the aggressive effect of acid condensate (condensate) generated during the combustion process. Low thermal inertia of the materials used, resulting in the possibility of quick heating of the chimney with cyclic boiler switching on, increases the chimney draft and increases the efficiency of the installation.

Straight pipe 0.5 m

Round pipe welded with the plasma technique, used to build straight sections of the chimney insert. The elements are connected thanks to socket ends (100 mm – muff) enabling free dilatation of the insert. Length 0.5 m.
