The elements of the insert are manufactured with the use of modern CNC devices (2D Laser, 3D Laser, Press brakes).
The insert welded on a welding robot with the MAG method, guaranteed high quality and aesthetics of welds.
Steel doors made of a special profile that guarantees stiffness and high temperature resistance.
Heat-resistant ceramic glass with an operating temperature of up to 800 ° C.
The steel base of the insert is equipped with a cold outside air intake throttle, standard.
The insert is equipped with an air curtain which largely maintains the effect of clean glass.
It is possible to purchase an insert with a powder coated black handle.
A specially designed rear part of the body allows secondary air to be supplied to the upper part of the furnace. It allows you to increase the efficiency of the device by burning exhaust gases.
