A kitchen with a water jacket designed to work in a closed system, maximum working pressure 3 bar. Water jacket equipped with a cooling system on the admission valve with a probe, optimal operating temperature 70-75 ˚C. Cast iron firebox, pull-out ash pan, cast iron upper heating plate with burners, wood drawer. Housing made of enameled steel, available in colors: black or white. Exhaust gas outlet connection from top or rear (right side only).
