The Nadia fireplace insert, dressed in a retro style tile, fits perfectly into stylized interiors. At the same time, thanks to the simple, geometric structure, it will also find its place in modern spaces.
With their unique design, large-format glossy tiles refer to old-school fashion. The casing made of tiles increases the time for heat dissipation, which is an additional source of heating after the furnace is extinguished.
MAXIMUM ENERGY USE
More effective combustion and longer temperature maintenance occurs due to the lining of the TERMOTEC combustion chamber, a heat-accumulating material that increases the temperature in the furnace. Burning of fuel particles occurs thanks to a system of two deflectors that extend the exhaust path. This process also increases the efficiency of combustion and guarantees better energy use, and thus minimizes the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
Air supply to the insert is carried out from the outside, thanks to the built-in air intake fi 125 mm. Its adjustment is done by means of a throttle set with one regulator located below the door, which excludes errors in improper use. The whole mechanism works very quietly and trouble-free.
The insert uses a triple combustion chamber ventilation system. Primary air, which facilitates the ignition of wood, is supplied under the grate. Secondary air – for ecological combustion – is supplied with holes in the back wall.
In addition, the furnace has a clean glass system (air curtain), i.e. the air is delivered directly to the glass through a system of channels located on the sides of the fireplace. In this way, oxygen is supplied to the upper part of the combustion chamber, in which the combustion of gases resulting from the combustion of wood takes place, which further reduces the emission of harmful CO to the atmosphere.
SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL
The body and front of the insert are resistant to high temperatures due to the use of high-quality steel. This ensures stability of the entire structure. Nadia is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics that withstand temperatures up to 660 ° C. The glass we offer is certified for quality and safety.
The device meets the Ecodesign requirements and the BImSchV 2 standard determining the maximum CO emission.
Grate-free insert – afterburning on ash, which means that the fuel burns to fine ash, which remains the minimum amount. The thermal energy obtained from wood is maximally utilized.
Can be used in various assembly conditions thanks to the adjustable feet and movable exhaust outlet with 360 ° adjustment.
The glazing of the insert remains clean thanks to the clean glass system used in it. An air curtain separates the glass from the firebox. Thanks to that it doesn’t get dirty.
