Thermorossi MARGHERITA EVO Wood-fired oven
PANEPIZZA: A modern, patented oven temperature control system, featuring an oven temperature regulator and an oven door fitted with two thermometers, which allows you to make the most of the heat generated by the ovens. Thanks to a dedicated flue, the upper oven can reach higher temperatures, ideal for baking pizzas, bread and other delicacies.
Soapstone base: Both ovens feature a soapstone base, which helps maintain an even temperature and achieve perfect baking results.
Dedicated thermometer: Each oven is fitted with a dedicated thermometer for accurate monitoring of the internal temperature.
A wood-fired stove constructed from steel and cast iron, fitted with a special stainless steel heat exchanger, a cast-iron combustion chamber, controls for regulating primary, secondary and tertiary air, vintage-style Bakelite handles, a grate shaker, a fire starter to facilitate lighting the fire in the stove, an enamelled cast-iron firebox door with ceramic glass resistant to temperatures of 750°, an enamelled cast-iron top frame, a polished cast-iron top plate, a double row of cast-iron rings, a front rail, the patented PANEPIZZA device for managing oven temperatures, an oven temperature control, oven door with 2 thermometers, enamelled lower oven with a capacity of 35 l and a soapstone base, enamelled upper oven with a capacity of 14 l and a soapstone base, drawer for tools or wood, removable ash drawer, enamelled cast iron feet. External cladding made of majolica and cast iron.
